I led a small team of three developers delivering Apple Wallet and Google Wallet integration for the Optum app, allowing users to store a health ID card directly in their phone wallet.

The developers owned the implementation work, while my role focused on delivery leadership - coordinating with other teams around permissions and access, managing dependencies, and helping keep the work on track against an aggressive timeline.

I later moved onto a steadier maintenance-focused team handling smaller updates, bug fixes and existing functionality across the app.
